In this homework, you will research and locate a current journal article on nursing leadership styles. The article must be from a professional, peer-reviewed nursing journal published within the last 5 years; and then write a summary of your findings.

• Research a current journal article on nursing leadership styles. The article must be from a professional, peer-reviewed nursing journal published within the last 5 years.
• Write a 1-2 page summary of your findings following the criteria below:
o First paragraph: summarize the major points of the article.
o Second paragraph: answer whether you support the leadership style, and why or why not.
o Final paragraph: discuss the article as it relates to nursing practice.
Format your homework according to the following formatting requirements:
i) The answer should be typed, using Times New Roman font (size 12), double spaced, with one-inch margins on all sides.
ii) The response also includes a cover page containing the title of the homework, the student's name, the course title, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.
iii) Also include a reference page. The Citations and references must follow APA format. The reference page is not included in the required page length.
