Bill Gates - A leader who made the company very successful and Jeffrey Skilling who caused significant damage to the company.
• Identify and analyze important legal, cultural, ethical and any other issues related to the leaders and their teams.
• Discuss team building strategies used by the two leaders
• Talk about the situation the company was facing when they were selected as the leader and how they changed the company either positively or negatively.
• What would you have done differently if you had been in the leaders position.
