2. Which cultural values (Hofstede) and communication patterns (Hall) characterize you and how do they influence your communication? Make sure you include relevant definitions and examples.
3. Choose one of the strategies of cultural competence and explain how it would change your interaction with people of cultural backgrounds different from your own.
