• Discuss some of the misconceptions around using personas. How would you combat those arguments in the workplace? Provide examples that are not included in the book.
• Discuss how quick and dirty personas are developed. What parts are key? Provide two examples of when you might use this approach. Compare your conclusions to those of other students in the course and identify weakness in their examples.
