Problem: How do you account for a culture that is both sex-obsessed and Puritanical toward sex (especially when it comes to girls and women)? How is it that we have both mandated abstinence-only education and more access to pornography and sexualized content in other media than ever before?
Similarly, we have more women in positions of power at the same time we have more objectification of women. How might you explain these seeming contradictions?
