Explain diabetes to the class, specifically the differences between type 1 and type 2 diabetes. Include signs/symptoms, diagnosis method, risk factors and treatment. Don't forget to discuss the role of carbohydrates in diabetes. Include information on glucose and glycogen, as well as the role of the pancreas and liver in blood glucose management.
