An ecotourism facility on a mountainside
Students will be given a Caribbean case study and will be asked to create a project management plan. The project management plan is a useful document which plans and guides the activities that will take place during the project. The group project covers the areas of Project Integration Management, Project Scope, Time and Cost Management, Project Quality Management, Project Human Resources Management, Project Communications Management and Project Risk Management.
Each team should consist of five students who will each select one plan of their choice to create. The plan that is to be created is:
