Patient John Smith came into your office today. You have taken his vitals and he had his appointment with the doctor. At the end of the appointment the doctor came out and asked you to give John an Influenza vaccine. When you returned to the exam room and informed the patient you were going to give him the Influenza vaccine the doctor asked for, John becomes very agitated and tells you that he doesn't think vaccines work and he doesn't want it. You begin to explain to him how the Influenza doesn't protect against all illnesses, but he yells at you again about how the office just wants to get more money from him by giving him useless vaccines.
