Question: Skinner believed that children learned from listening and their environment. Skinner was a behaviorist who reinforced language development they learn range of speech and sounds and many different sounds and different levels. Being able to have your brain develop and understand a language at different languages is awesome but for her it hurt and helped her because now she can understand other languages but not differentiate between different sounds. Chomsky's theory shows that humans teach themselves and children learn that and they learn from the different speeches and they have innate ability to understand different speech patterns and different languages. I choose this theory because I believe it's a hybrid theory I believe it is closer related to her and her issues as she grows older her hearing becomes less and less of other languages in different areas of that speech but more in her native language.
