Your vision board should include all three areas:
Health: Physical, mental, and lifestyle choices that promote well-being.
Stress: Stressors you face and healthy coping strategies you want to practice.
Positive Psychology: Concepts like gratitude, resilience, optimism, meaning, and strengths.
Content:
Use pictures, drawings, symbols, or words/quotes that represent your goals and ideas.
Each of the three areas should have at least 3-5 elements included on your board.
