Additionally, the Constitution does not provide for equal representation, as the Senate is composed of two representatives from each state regardless of population size. A current example of how the nation is moving away from the founding fathers' intentions as written in the Constitution and Bill of Rights is the Supreme Court's decision in Citizens United v. FEC.
