IN YOUR OWN WORDS, list the components of a traditional drinking water treatment system. This is a hypothetical system for the midsize city of "Sewellville". For each component discuss the primary function, and design decisions for the component. I expect this to take several (4-5+) typed pages to answer effectively.
Why are some halogenated organic compounds potential public health hazards to drinking water supplies? Why doesn't current drinking water treatment practices remove these compounds? This is not the DBP issue.
