In a strategic meeting with corporate executives, you learn that your company is considering moving part of the operation to a RTW state that has lower wage rates and fewer employment laws. As the internal HR consultant to upper management, you've been asked to explain what the company should do to avoid unionization at the home site. It already knows that having good communication is fundamental. It wants to know what else it can do. In this discussion, choose laws, legal cases, and/or research results to identify at least 1 preparation the company should do to minimize the chance of unionization at home.
