Within the Discussion post area, write 400 to 600 words that respond to the following questions with your thoughts, ideas, and comments. Based upon the organization that you identified as well as your readings, continue your organizational change analysis by discussing the following points:
o Write a review of the failed change effort.
o Provide an analysis of the factors that inhibited the change effort.
o Discuss the potential consequences if the effective change is not adopted.
