Create the name of your company. Assume it has 100 employees and stores toxic chemicals and operates dangerous equipment. You invent that part.
For the policy add a section called Hazard Management Assessment Analysis & Control. In this section add a specific step by step process to pro-actively identify, prevent, manage, handle, control, safely handle, store and work with controls to include prevention of injuries from toxic chemicals, handling machinery of any kind, vehicles, equipment, including working with heights, ladders, weights, repetitive pulling and stretching and stress. Also add a definition section, Use the internet and WSIB site to help you. Decide if you need to add regulations to the list of applicable laws.
