• What is meant by "substantive due process?" According to our The Constitution text, where did the idea come from, and how was it intended to be used? How - and why - has the use changed over time? Briefly discuss at least a couple cases that have expanded the use/meaning of "due process."
• Discuss three pairs of cases in which the Supreme Court reversed - or at least radically changed - its decisions. What were the cases? Why did they change?
