Discuss the organizational leader who has had the most positive influence in your life and explain why. Next, describe how this leader approached one of the following:
o Listening.
o Rapport building.
o Motivation.
It should be a leader from the workplace, not a friend, parent, relative, or religious leader unless you have worked or work for them directly. This is not about who you admire, but about organizational leadership that has impacted you.
