Discuss organizational adaptation and survival. IT is the continuation of our discussion related to change. Why do organization change, they do so to survive. Select a healthcare organization (i.e. hospital, outpatient center, nursing home, etc.) and think about what they need to do to adapt and survive. List your organization, the potential challenges, and suggestions to overcome those challenges. if you cannot think of any challenges ask your family or someone who might have an idea.
