Milestone 1 feedback:
You need to be more specific. What does cultural change mean? Are you serving a more diverse population? What do you mean by community building? You should provide examples. By doing all of this you imply that Johns Hopkins might be seeing more patients -- and inversely there might be an increase in patient satisfaction as well.

Overall you did a good job with the assignment. You have a couple of areas in your paper where information, while cited, should appear in quotes -- accounting for the 21% match with SafeAssign. Please be more careful with this in the future.
