Discuss necessary skills in applying research-based evidence to your problem in professional practice. Include the following:
a) Defining a problem in professional practice.
b) Finding relevant research articles.
c) Reading and understanding the research articles.
d) Analysis and synthesis of the research evidence to apply to professional practice.
Note: Problem in professional practice are : i) Declining mental health in teachers and ii) lack of resources in Early Childhood Education.
