Create a total of 8-10 slides in Microsoft® PowerPoint® outlining a process improvement for manufacturing, service, or supply chain.
Include an As-Is process Flow and create a To-Be flow to demonstrate the improvement. Be sure to highlight what the improvement is (resource, cost, production rate, etc).
Discuss metrics to Evaluate and Control the new process.
