Need to respond to another classmate's comments. This needs to be in paragraph form and not sound like any form of AI, and use more layman's terms. I personally work in a medical office and we use AI daily, the AI system calls clients with reminders of appointments and can now even answer their questions. If the AI system cannot answer the questions completely and accurately, then it will be passed on to a human. I think that most jobs are being taken over by AI. We have the ChatBot that helps us to locate what we are in need of. I live in NYC and have seen robots doing the food deliveries because of congestion.
To be honest, it is annoying to have these AI taking over because when online, why does it have to verify if we are human or not. Makes no sense.
