Assignment: Team Proposal
Write a 750 to 1,050 words proposal to create a mental health unit in a law enforcement unit. The unit can be a local police department, sheriff's department, campus police, or state patrol.
Your proposal will:
1. Identify a need.
2. Include organizational management, administration, and operational aspects of the unit.
3. Discuss laws that may help or hinder the unit's work and how the unit will manage those laws.
4. Discuss staffing and costs.
