Discussion: Business Ethic
i. Using an ethics perspective discussed, discuss whether laws preventing employment discrimination are ethical. Be sure to start with a proper definition of the ethics perspective in your response.
ii. Conduct your own research on recent (within the last 6 months) employment discrimination cases and summarize the article (providing us with a link to your case). Based on the lecture and your reading, do you think the employer or employee is likely to prevail in the dispute?
