J., 2016). While the NEO is fairly popular and helpful, there are some critiques of the test. For instance the inability to adequately control the social desirably bias (Groth-Marnat, G. & Wright, A. J., 2016). Some critics have also implied questions and language are still to complicated to accurately be used with clients of lower intelligence and education (Groth-Marnat, G. & Wright, A.
