Problem
An adult male with a history of a crushed left foot injury including calcaneus fracture with internal fixation was admitted due to nonunion and defect of the fracture site. Under general anesthesia and through an open approach, the internal fixation screw was removed a percutaneous bone graft was removed from the right iliac crest and after being prepared it was infused into the calcaneal defect area.
