Bullying is a behavior seen by those with high self-esteem..or higher than average self-esteem. Hitler is an example of a person with higher than average self-esteem. Throughout much research on Hitler, he was never found to have anything other than higher than usual self-esteem. My thought is that his profile fits what this article demonstrates very well.
