Make a scenario from either the osteopathic or chiropractic section. You are to:
1) Then write your scenario and provide the PCS code using your ICD-10-PCS codebook listing out each step.
2) Then go to 3M and locate your PCS code there, listing out each step you took in 3M.
3) Discuss if you got the same code using the book and the 3M encoder and if the steps were the same or different and how.
4) Finally, which method do you prefer, the book or 3M and why.
