Change Proposal
In a Microsoft Word document of 4 to 5 pages, develop a change proposal for a new technology that will contribute to a safer patient environment.
In your paper address each of the following criteria:
I. Describe how the change proposal for the new technology will:
i. impact patient safety.
ii. be measured to assess the impact of your change.
iii. be communicated to staff and implemented.
II. Examine human factors related to change and resistance to change.
Format your assignment according to the following formatting requirements:
