Review your leadership structure, and identify the process by which you can propose a policy change and how that proposal would navigate through leadership to get approved.
Identify a policy in your organization that you think could be created or amended to improve organizational governance, operations, or compliance with federal or state regulations.
Write a 700 to 1,050 words paper that outlines your policy proposal ideas in which you do all of the following:
o Provide an analysis of how your policy change would improve the organization.
o Evaluate what changes in the organization would need to be made to implement the policy change.
o Explain how you would advocate for your policy change while using the approval processes in your organization.
o This includes advocating for your policy by employees and administration. Ask yourself "What's in it for the other employees?" "What's in it for the organization to approve my policy?"
Format your assignment according to the following formatting requirements:
o The answer should be typed, using Times New Roman font (size 12), double spaced, with one-inch margins on all sides.
o The response also includes a cover page containing the title of the assignment, the student's name, the course title, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.
o Also include a reference page. The Citations and references must follow APA format. The reference page is not included in the required page length.
