Discussion Post: Environmental Scan & SWOT Analysis
Using the community-based assignment you have chosen, you will investigate the influences of both internal and external forces on decision-making. Assume that you have been selected to lead a team through an environmental scan. Discuss who you will include on your scanning team. Next, conduct an environmental scan for your chosen organization. You should identify and discuss at least 5 external and 5 internal sources. Create a SWOT analysis and discuss how you would present the information. Finally, create at least 3 recommendations for your organization based on the SWOT analysis.
