As the CEO of an organization, discuss how you would integrate these findings in your day-to-day functions (staffing, training, motivation and communications). Specifically, what is your strategy for: Making the link between employees' work and the broader organizational goals? Ensuring that employees have a voice-so as to express their views, opinions and recommendations and have them taken seriously? Sharing the vision of the organization and inspire employees to fulfill that purpose and achieve the vision?
