Instructions
Write a paper that applies the insights you have learned regarding the motivational theory of individuals/teams by developing two or three initiatives that can be actionized into your organization of the study. Be specific concerning the positive outcomes you expect and the negative factors that may cause foreseen stress to avoid or minimize. In your analysis, you may want to consider motivational theories like Hertzberg's Two Factor Theory, Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs, The Hawthorne Effect, Expectancy Theory, or the Three-Dimensional Theory of Attribution, for example. Feel free to conduct some outside research.
Discuss how you will implement these initiatives and what changes within an employee's mindset may be required to overcome any dissension or resistance that is likely to be met.
