II. How has the Acropolis rock in Athens changed over time? In what different ways has the place been used? Describe what you see in the pictures and explain what happened! '
III. Think about how the place was seen at different times. What has been important to the people who have come and gone here? Why?
IV. Discuss how the Acropolis became a tourist attraction. Why did the ancient ruins suddenly become so interesting? For who? Was anything lost when clearing around the temple? Or was it absolutely right to recreate the place as it once was?
