Directions
You will select one topic from the following list, conduct independent research on that topic, and prepare a 10-12 page paper discussing the topic and its relation to the emergency management field.
Essay Topic Selected:
Describe and discuss how technology in emergency management and response, including social media, has evolved. How is it affecting emergency planning, response, and donations management?
• Whichever topic you choose, your paper should consist of the following items:
• Cover/Title Page
• Abstract
• Body of Paper
o 10-12 pages words long
o Introduction
o Explanation of the research topic
o How the topic fits into Emergency Management
o How the Emergency Management cycle applies to your chosen topic
o Conclusion
• References Page.
Format your assignment according to the following formatting requirements:
1. The answer should be typed, double spaced, using Times New Roman font (size 12), with one-inch margins on all sides.
2. The response also include a cover page containing the title of the assignment, the student's name, the course title, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.
3. Also Include a reference page. The Citations and references should follow APA format. The reference page is not included in the required page length.
