Discussion Post: Ethics
Be sure to review the risk management practices from the readings and use the internet and Purdue Global Library to research legal and regulatory issues common to the human services profession.
Respond to the following:
a) Identify and discuss, in detail, the legal and regulatory issues common to the human services profession.
b) Discuss how risk management strategies might alleviate or avoid the risk of these issues.
c) Develop a plan for how you might implement these risk management strategies in your own practice.
d) Evaluate the effectiveness of these strategies.
The response should include a reference list. Double-space, using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
