-Assess industry attractiveness for both INCUMBENTS and NEW ENTRANTS, with brief reasons for each.
3) Competitor Analysis
-Discuss FUTURE ACTIONS for each of the two competitors.
4) Value Chain Analysis
-Rate MOST INFLUENTIAL value chain areas as SUPERIOR/INFERIOR/NEUTRAL vs. each of the two main competitors.
BE SPECIFIC, giving brief reasons for EACH competitor.
5) Financial/Non-Financial Analysis
-Use most influential numbers/ratios for financial analysis with brief discussion/reasons. Use numbers!

6) SWOT Analysis
