Your outline is to include elements of the individual assignment as follows:
• Corrective action
• Resistance to change
• An organizational chart.
• Research and develop a mission and values statement for a facility.
• Describe what types of health care this facility will provide (Hospital, SNF, Urgent Care Center).
• Summarize their purpose and services provided, such as the type of health care, number of staff, type of staff, size, departments, and so forth.
You may set up you outline in the following format:
1. Corrective Action
• What is involved in corrective action
• A plan of corrective action for the employee
• Would an employee be motivated or empowered to improve
2. Resistance to Change
• How does change impact motivation
• Communication regarding Electronic Health Record implementation
• What it is and why it is important to the facility
• Communication of the training process for the new system with employees
Format your assignment according to the following formatting requirements:
1. The answer should be typed, double spaced, using Times New Roman font (size 12), with one-inch margins on all sides.
2. The response also include a cover page containing the title of the assignment, the student's name, the course title, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.
3. Also Include a reference page. The Citations and references should follow APA format. The reference page is not included in the required page length.
