Discuss how a decision tree is "calculated" or even create one to discuss your Final Paper topic with your peers. You might want to use this in your Team Project topic, and discuss with the class to gain important feedback or corrections.
After completing these very short readings, discuss the goal and the benefits of having a risk burndown chart. Is there anything comparable to the risk burndown chart in traditional project management? If so, what is it? If not, do you think this is a gap in the traditional approach, and what might be the implications of this gap? (By the way, some well-known real-life projects had embarrassing failures due to ignoring risk burndown.)
