Problem:
Description of procedure: the patient was brought into the surgery center and prepped and draped in the usual manner. Local anesthesia was injected under the skin. The lesion with 0.5-cm margins was excised taking full-thickness skin, transversely oblique. Hemostasis was obtained with cautery. The skin was closed in layers of 3-0 vicryl in fascia, 5-0 vicryl subcuticular, and 6-0 nylon in the skin. Dressing was applied. Need Assignment Help?
