Part I: To what extent are helper qualities taught vs. innate? Utilize the lecture and the chapter and additional peer-reviewed scholarly sources (textbooks, journal articles) to support your answer.
Part II: Discuss the helper qualities you believe you personally possess and which qualities you'd most like to improve upon and why? (250 words)

Research a national or state credential that you might consider pursuing (NCAC, HS-BCP, Peer Specialist Certification, Certified Case Manager, etc.). Summarize the requirements and the potential benefits of earning such a credential. Do a job search for positions that mention that specific credential and reflect on your findings. (250 words)
