1. Choose a skill or specific knowledge set on which you have been tested or for which you have administered a test to other adults. This can be from the workplace or higher education. Describe what a "traditional" test for this skill or knowledge would be. Then describe what you think a "quality assessment" for this skill or knowledge would be as discussed. Support you answer with at least one quality reference from the past two (2) years from the Strayer library (research.strayer.edu) or another academic source.
2. Respond to at least one of your classmates. Relate how their described approach can contribute to the foundational efforts to address issues of equity and social justice, especially considering the global workforce and increased access to education all over the world.
