Problem: Program Implementation & Evaluation
The four readings issues associated with how to study the implementation of public policies or programs:
o The relationship of politics to public policy?
o Whether and how to address cooperation usually between or among different government agencies or departments?
o Uncertainty (what we know and don't know)?
o Bias associated with evaluating public policies or programs. discuss these four parts that make up the study of implementation? show how they are inter-related.
