She said she has been struggling to sleep for 2weeks now and she has been out of her medications for two weeks now. She said she is currently I a transition home and has been clean for 24months now. She verbalized having nightmares with terrors and she gets up screaming and this has made her room mate to stop sleeping in their room. She verbalized anxiety and panic feelings after weird dreams but her weird dreams have decreased. She said her dreams are mostly from her trauma. She said since she has been out of her Trazodone, she has been using gummy melatonin for sleep but it doesn't not work. She will like to continue managing her nightmare and sleep without Prazosin.
