Question: My experience with public speaking as a retail manager is not that wide. Regarding public speaking, I had one or two events that required me to speak for large groups of people 50. I have a Saturday meeting in which I talk to my team of 17 people daily. I also have a short five-minute meeting on a daily bases that lets my team know the day's plan.
