1 Identify your ethics and values as an OD professional. (What is important to you?)
2 What types of ethics and values have you observed in the world? (How can we improve our practices of ethics and values?)
3 What types of ethics and values might be difficult for you to implement as an OD professional, and why?
4 What did you gain from this assignment? Did something change or grow from this assignment?
The purpose of this assignment is for you to gain a well-rounded understanding of your ethics and values as an OD professional and to think about how your ethics and values affect your role as an OD practitioner and how they can be of service to your clients.
