Assignment: Criminal Justice Ethics- Term Paper
Length: 5 to 7 pages.
Topics: A Reimagining of the Criminal Justice System
Focus of the paper: For this paper, you get to choose any part of the criminal justice system (law (defense/district attorney's); courts (to include judges); sentencing, corrections (correction officers, probation/parole) and reimagine a new criminal justice system in your chosen area.
Instructions: Briefly discuss the ethical issues in your chosen area of criminal justice (no more than 1 page for this part). Afterwards, discuss and outline how you would change this area of the system to reduce/eliminate the ethical issues that plague this area of the system. Support your ideas with peer reviewed research journal articles (if you need help finding these, let me know). Discuss the possible strengths and weakness of your approach, and then close your paper.
Format your assignment according to the give formatting requirements:
a. The answer must be double spaced, typed, using Times New Roman font (size 12), with one-inch margins on all sides.
b. The response also includes a cover page containing the title of the assignment, the course title, the student's name, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.
c. Also include a reference page. The references and Citations should follow APA format. The reference page is not included in the required page length.
