After reviewing the resources on surveillance ethics, privacy, and the Fourth Amendment, consider the case study Carpenter v. United States and discuss the ethical issues as it relates to individual privacy and security. Use one of the ethical frameworks (utilitarianism, deontology, virtue ethics, social justice and social contract theory).
