Problem: Improper segregation of garbage and waste materials.
This program aims to instill to the residents the importance of proper segregation of their garbage, because if they did not comply to putting their garbage in place, the collectors will not pick them up. Strategy/Actions: Local Government must issue a memorandum to inform the residents about this program. They must give the residents enough time to digest the program, and to segregate their garbage properly. The newly implemented program must be prioritized to be maintained to as to contribute to the overall waste reduction of the local community. The residents must be given ample time to prepare segregating their garbage, and the implementation of the program must take place indefinitely.
