Why? Discuss how does this relate to performance evaluation systems in the workplace and the ethical considerations noted in your textbook.
Question 4: Read George's 'Authentic Leadership and then watch the video on Starbudes Howard Schultz (embedded video) and the interview with him and then new CEO Kevin Johnson (the link). Discuss each leader's 'authentic leadership'? How do they differ? What is their moral code?
